Anklet Culture

'Anklet Culture' is an original drawing of time spent walking around the garden at Babis' Villa in Skiathos, Greece.
The yellow hose coiled on a pallet, the honey his brother was harvesting in the field next door [The tasting note of this honey: smokey marzipan] the 3 kittens that would follow me around and the shadows cast from the chairs laid out ready for the tourists [and their anklets] were all very attractive.

Pencil on Stonehenge paper, 250GSM. 100% cotton, acid free, hot pressed archival quality stock.

Framing Details:
I frame most works with United Measure Framing, who use Australian hardwood with a beeswax finish on the raw timber, which is a lovely blonde hardwood with a subtle grain to it. The works are finished behind UV protective glass and are float mounted.
