Original Painting.
'Blue Bag' is a gouache study of a nice blue and white striped bag with brown handles that I purchased from a store in Old Sunshine Plaza. It has provided the best backdrop on my desk for many paintings. This work is made as a part of a joint Art Residency, titled 'MARKET / PLACE', run by Olive Gilbert and myself in Sunshine Art Space, via Brimbank City Council. This residency is process-based, and will run for 6 weeks in total. This means it will continue running after it's launch on the 23rd February until the 6th March.
